The public affordable housing project is convertentity situated on National Road, 21, Kok Kor Village, Rokar Kpos Commune, Sa Ang District, Kandal Province, around 8Km from Takmao City covering a total land area of 45 hectares. The development includes affordable housing, local and international shops and markets, commercial office space, parking areas, a kindergarten and landscaped public parks. This project also supports the Cambodian National guidelines on Housing, following the policies of the Ministry of land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. The first phase will utilize only approximately 24 hectares of the available land.
